No. FaxInFive charges a flat, one-time fee of $5.00 per transmission. There are no recurring charges, no accounts to create, and no hidden fees. Pay as you go.
Yes. Your document is processed through a secure, encrypted edge network. Once the transmission is complete, the Sledgehammer engine automatically shreds and deletes your file. We do not store your documents.
Yes. You do not need an app or a physical scanner. Just open FaxInFive on your mobile browser, tap the upload box to take a picture of your physical document, and we will automatically format it for faxing.
We accept standard PDF documents and all common image files (JPG, PNG). If you have a multi-page document but only have photos of it on your phone, simply upload up to 50 images. Our engine will automatically stitch them together, remove the color, and flatten them into a high-contrast fax document.
Absolutely not. We built a strict "Shredder" protocol specifically for privacy. Thirty minutes after your document is successfully transmitted (or refunded due to a busy line), your file is permanently deleted from our secure Cloudflare servers. We do not sell data, and we do not keep your files.
You will receive an instant email receipt the moment the receiving fax machine hangs up. If the line is busy or disconnected, our system automatically issues a full refund to your card.
