By using FaxInFive.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You bear sole legal responsibility for the content you transmit. You expressly warrant that you have prior express legal consent to send a facsimile to the destination number. You agree NOT to use the Service to transmit unsolicited advertisements ("junk faxes"), spam, or any illegal, harassing, or abusive content. Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) are your sole responsibility.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. If a transmission permanently fails after our automated retry attempts, a full refund is initiated automatically. Successful transmissions, regardless of recipient intent or wrong numbers dialed by the user, are strictly non-refundable due to incurred telecom costs.
The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. FaxInFive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or fully secure against interception.
In no event shall FaxInFive be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—arising from the use or inability to use the Service, delayed deliveries, or misdirected faxes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FaxInFive, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or regulatory fines (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or federal laws.
